Hey guys. In just a few hours I'm headed off to New Orleans to visit my mom and help rebuild the area as well, and I'll be up there till early October-ish. So uh.. I won't be here to party with you all. Apparently there will still be internet up there though, so I should be able to keep in touch with you guys through here and Facebook and stuff.
Guys- If something really exciting happens in the gaming world tell me about it via a post on my wall or a text message or something! I won't be able to check that sort of stuff as often so you might actually be finding out about this stuff before I do for once. I will probably still find time to check the Smash Bros. website every day though, so don't worry about informing me there.
Ladies- I will miss you, ladies.

The rules are simple:

1. I'm surprisingly healthy. I rarely get sick, and the only times I've ever had to stay at a hospital were for an appendix operation and my birth.
2. My favorite non-RPG video game is probably some kind of tie between the original Ape Escape and the Wario Ware series.
3. When I went to Holland for summer vacation back when I was 12, I went to a series of summer camps. The first was a two-week Sailing camp, the second was a two-week Surviving In The Woods camp, and the third was a one-week Horseriding camp. The second was the most fun but I think I only really learned anything from the last one.
4. The vast majority of my DVD collection is animated.
5. I like to have milk around for cereal and cooking ingredients, but I hardly ever drink it and in fact hardly ever eat cereal. I've had my milk go bad two consecutive times now and I think my current gallon is about to if it hasn't already : [
6. Wal-Mart is the first actual job I've ever had, and I've had it for about a year and three months now. And it's driving me insane jesus christ

| Third episode of The Tick = Most Amazing Thing Ever |

Hey everybody.
One of the tires on my bike is currently broken. I've been trying to get a hold of a replacement tire, but apparently my bike tire size is so big that only specialist bike stores hold them, and I can't get them at my Wal-Mart. As a result of the tire popping, I had to walk both to and from work today. It probably did not help that I had agreed to work 7 AM to 4 PM that day instead of my usually much nicer 1-10 PM schedule.
Also, you know my giant old cell phone? It has finally broken almost completely. I dropped it on a tile floor and I think something bad happened cause now it only works when it's plugged into my charger! I guess that means I will probably be getting a new phone once I get my next paycheck. Until then, expect minor difficulties contacting me.
So, those things, on top of extreme difficulties in getting to spend more than five minutes at a time with a certain awesome, cute, slightly aggravating girl, probably ranks this as kind of a bad week overall for me.
Next week will probably be better, since I have some things to look forward to. Pay day, awesome half-vacation from work, project-related road trip with Jon, and plans with Angie that hopefully won't fall through this time. Also, COOL EVENTS WITH JON AND COLIN TOMORROW, which I presently either need more than anything right now, or should probably not do at all considering my current state of mood. Doing it anyways? Hell yes! |

OH GOD!
*hyperventilates*
I have been without internet for a WEEK so far. You guys are pretty lucky that I am not totally dead yet.
Anyways Alex and I moved into our new place recently. It is pretty fucking awesome! There is still lots of stuff to unpack and put in the right places, but for the most part it is already a pretty cozy pad. All of you guys need to come see it.
Anyway if you're one of those kids who is still in Florida right now, call me since there is still no internet at our apartment, and we'll hang out. I have Saturdays and Thursdays off right now, though the Thursday part is likely to change on a weekly basis.
Seriously, call me!

In other riveting news, it turns out I get to keep my current phone service, and my internet has lasted a whole day longer than expected! Huzzay for giving me more reasons to procrastinate! I also saw Superman Returns last night. The movie is utterly rediculous, but in a good way. It goes without saying that Lex Luthor was amazing, but surpisingly Superman was as well. Prepare to suspend your sense of disbelief a lot if you go see it though. Some events are hilariously over the top, even for a Superman movie.

Good news! Alex and I move into our brand-spanking-new giant-ass apartment THIS SATURDAY! I'm pretty stoked.
BAD news! My cell phone is going to be disconnected as of this Friday, and my internet service is due to be disconnected as well sometime today. So it'll be kinda difficult to get a hold of me for a little while. I'm getting another cellphone for cheap though (it will run on PHONE CARDS WOOO) for the time being, and I'll probably have my old service back sometime in August.
In other news a lot of cool stuff has happened, I've hung with some awesome people over the past few weeks, and I'm pretty tired and stressed out and my mom is driving me nuts. Usually this would make for a much much longer entry, but good lord am I not up to a lot of writing in detail right now. Maybe once I'm settled in.
